Reiki is a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice that supports balance, relaxation, self-awareness, and wellbeing. Rooted in the Japanese tradition developed by Mikao Usui, Reiki works by connecting with the natural life force energy that flows through all living things.
Many people are drawn to Reiki when they feel called to deepen their connection with themselves, support their own healing journey, or learn a nurturing way to help others. Some arrive with a clear spiritual interest, while others simply know there is something more they would like to explore. Whatever brings you here, Reiki meets you where you are.
Alongside learning traditional Reiki techniques, you'll have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, your intuition, and the connection between mind, body, emotions, and energy.
Enjoy Reiki training and attunements in small groups or one-to-one settings, creating a supportive space where you can learn, ask questions, gain hands-on experience, and progress at your own pace. Group training is perfect for those who enjoy the buzz of learning with others, and one-to-one training offers more space and time to ask your own questions for a deeper, more personal experience.
Three levels of Reiki training
Reiki Level One – Healing self and others (non-commercial)
Learn the foundations of Reiki energy healing, including self-healing, working with others, chakras, and energy awareness. This first attunement helps you reconnect with yourself and begin confidently channelling Reiki for personal and non-commercial use.
Reiki Level Two – Deepening practice and practitioner development
Deepen your connection with Reiki through the sacred symbols, distance healing, and more advanced energy work. Level Two supports greater confidence and intuition and is traditionally the level at which practitioners begin offering Reiki professionally.
Reiki Level Three – Reiki Master and teacher training
Step into a deeper embodiment of Reiki and your own unique healing path. This advanced training focuses on personal mastery, spiritual growth, advanced techniques, and, for those called to it, learning how to attune and teach others.

During this training, you'll learn the foundations of Reiki, including energy awareness, chakras, self-healing, and hands-on healing techniques for yourself and others.
Through a series of attunements, you'll connect with Reiki energy and learn how to channel it to support balance, relaxation, and wellbeing. You'll gain practical experience, develop confidence in working with energy, and begin to understand how energy influences physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
Following your training, you'll complete a 21-day self-healing journey, allowing you to integrate the attunement energy and deepen your connection with Reiki. Many people experience increased self-awareness, greater inner peace, enhanced intuition, and a stronger connection to themselves during this time.
Level One provides a strong foundation for your Reiki journey and enables you to practice Reiki on yourself, friends, family, and loved ones.

Level 02
Reiki level two training – Professional practice
If you wish to deepen your Reiki practice and, if you choose, begin offering Reiki professionally.

At this level, you'll learn the Reiki symbols and mantras, helping you work with energy in a more focused and powerful way. You'll also be introduced to distance healing, allowing you to send Reiki across time and space to support others wherever they are.
Level Two often brings a deeper connection to Reiki, increased confidence, enhanced intuition, and a greater understanding of how energy flows. It is traditionally the level at which practitioners can begin offering Reiki treatments on a professional basis.
By the end of the training, you'll have the knowledge, practical experience, and confidence to use Reiki in both personal and professional settings.
Level 03
Reiki Level three training – Reiki Master and teacher training
If you feel called to deepen your Reiki practice and step into the role of Reiki Master Teacher.
Reiki Master level is taught on application.
This advanced training focuses on personal mastery, spiritual growth, and a deeper understanding of Reiki energy. You'll learn advanced Reiki techniques, strengthen your intuition, and further develop your ability to facilitate healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
The primary focus of this level is to prepare you to become a Reiki Master Teacher, which means you will be equipped not only to offer healing but also to teach and guide others on their Reiki journey. You will learn how to perform the sacred attunements that are a crucial part of the Reiki system. These attunements empower others to access Reiki energy, just as you did in your own training. The ability to pass on the gift of Reiki to new students is a powerful and sacred responsibility, and Level 3 will provide you with the tools, techniques, and wisdom necessary to teach effectively and confidently.
In addition to the practical and healing aspects, Level 3 helps you cultivate the wisdom and confidence to step into the role of a teacher. You will learn how to create a Reiki teaching curriculum, guide your students through their own journey, and offer them the same support and empowerment that you received during your training. As a Reiki Master Teacher, you will be able to lead others in their personal and professional Reiki practice, passing on the sacred teachings and energies of Reiki for generations to come.
Beyond teaching others, this level deepens your own spiritual connection to Reiki energy. As you move into a more advanced stage of Reiki practice, your understanding of the energy flow, spiritual guidance, and healing principles deepens. This level of training encourages you to embrace a higher level of spiritual awareness, alignment, and service. You will be guided to explore your own spiritual path, fostering growth not only as a healer but also as a spiritual teacher and guide for others.
