Every practitioner here has been carefully selected not just for their qualifications, but also because they’re friendly, grounded, and approachable people who truly know how to listen. They create a space where you can talk, feel, question, and be yourself—without judgement.

One of our counsellors is also an experienced Reiki Master, so can offer blended sessions that include energy healing alongside counselling.
